Can anyone do EMS training, or are there some restrictions?

While EMS is safe and effective for most people, it is not for everyone. We carefully screen our clients for certain contraindications, including: pacemakers, pregnancy, metabolic disorders, infections, skin wounds, recent surgery, and other incompatible conditions.

How fast can I expect to see results?

Results vary from one individual to the next, depending on your unique physiology, lifestyle factors and compliance with your program. Traditional training without EMS produces results in about 3-4 weeks for men, and 4-6 weeks for women. EMS dramatically reduces the time needed to see positive results for both men and women.

Will EMS training help me lose weight?

If you need to lose weight, EMS can help by speeding up your basal metabolic rate. If weight loss is your main goal, your trainer will customize your program and make recommendations to modify your lifestyle factors like nutrition, hydration, sleep and other factors.

What should I wear to my EMS training session?

EMS training involves a special training suit. You can wear just the suit, or opt for underwear or snug bike shorts. Women may opt to wear a workout bra with no underwires. Your trainer will give you more details about what garments are appropriate.
